Withdrawal Process

Withdrawing your child from Holly Shelter?

You will need to see our school’s Data Manager in the front office to
sign a withdrawal form on the last day your child will be in attendance.

Your child will take the withdrawal form to each teacher for signatures
and turn in any library books checked out, their laptop and charger. If
these items are not returned before withdrawing, you will be
responsible for payment. Library books are individually priced and the
NHCS laptop replacement is $1350.00

The withdrawal form will need to be returned to our Data Manager’s
Office for a signature to ensure student is all clear to be withdrawn
from Holly Shelter Middle School. Parent will be given a copy of this
withdrawal for your child’s new school.
